Our Idea

Many of the problems of the world continue each day, unsolved, and will fall to the GenZ and Millenial generations to address. We created GREENSKY Apparel to address this. Through our parent non-profit, IvySky, which is tackling teen mental health by creating an app designed by teens for teens, we realize we can help change the world. We created GREENSKY Apparel, so we could donate all the profits from our sales towards keeping IvySky's app free to use. In addition, as we continue to grow we are hoping to partner and donate to organizations working on Ocean Cleanups, Scholarships, Ending Climate Change, Animal protection, Racial Equality, and much more to continue bettering the world.

Our Story

Through our parent company, we realized as teens while we have ideas to help the world but it's incredibly hard to fund them. We wanted to change this and so GREENSKY Apparel was born to help fund our programs at IvySky as well as other programs in the future.  We knew that we could build a brand that could become the voice of the Genz and Millennial generations. Encompassing that with the funding from our profits we knew we could build a brand to support our generation's quest for changing the world

Causes We're Supporting

IvySky Mental Health

IvySky was founded by a group of teens who have all experienced the effects of mental illness firsthand. We were tired of inadequate solutions, and since actions speak louder than words, we decided to turn our experiences into action. IvySky is a teen-led non-profit organization dedicated to creating resources for the mental health epidemic.

IvySky's Mission is plain and simple. We are dedicated to decreasing suicide rates by working to build comprehensive resources and social campaigns. These resources will provide support for everyone regardless of race, gender identity, socio-economic status, education level, political beliefs, sexual orientation, or religious beliefs.

4ocean was founded on the belief that business can be a force for good and that the single actions of individual people, collectively, have the power to change the world. As both a public benefit corporation and Certified B Corp, we’re committed to ending the ocean plastic crisis.

While our professional, full-time captains and crews recover harmful marine debris that’s already polluting the ocean, we also work to stop plastic pollution at its source by educating people about this global crisis and empowering them to end their dependence on single-use plastic.

Every 4ocean product purchased comes with our One Pound Promise to pull one pound of trash from the ocean, rivers, and coastlines. Every pound pulled helps fund our global ocean cleanup operation, supports a growing movement to end the world’s reliance on single-use plastic, and advances our mission to end the ocean plastic crisis.

GREENSKY Apparel Community Fund

The GREENSKY Apparel community fund was created to help young entrepreneurs change the world. From our experience with GREENSKY Apparel, we have found it very hard for good ideas to get funded especially when their run by young adults. We wanted to change this by creating a fund that anyone can apply for and at the end of the Year a winner will be selected and the money divided up. This fund will help fund changemakers and we believe it will help us better the world. A large portion of all profits generated from GREENSKY Apparel will be added to this fund.

Scholarship America

Scholarship America works directly with students, parents, colleges, businesses and communities to help students fulfill their college dreams. Since it was founded in 1958, Scholarship America has distributed $4.9 billion to 2.9 million students … and counting.

Our goal is to create a world where equity is central; where respect and inclusion are the cornerstones of our culture; where every student can access opportunities to learn, grow, succeed and thrive.

We believe that a student should never, ever give up on their dream because they didn’t think it was possible or because of societal barriers placed in their path. This is where the heart and legacy of our organization began. We have done so much good, and there is always room to do so much more.
